Well done to your Daughter Jozzy, she is doing well.

I lost 3lbs tonight, thats 1stone 1lb for me now :lol: Well chuffed.

Mary that's brilliant you are doing REALLY well. I could do with about a stone off but too lazy and it does not bother me, only when OH takes side on shots of me in a bikini

When you are at your target Mary you should do a 'Before' and 'After' photo and post on here :D

Managed to gain 3lb of rock solid Muscle this week so must have lost a lot of fat. :shock:
The six pack is now looking like a barrel of Fosters Lager.

Note to myselfe,
take it seriouse Gene and try harder. :(

I didn't check in last week, problems getting online lately, but I've just caught up on everyones progress, wow! everybody's doing fantastically well!! some incredible losses! Ive lost 3lb, but thats over two weeks, but I'm back in "profit" after xmas, and I'm very inspired by everybody's results so I'll plod on. My target is half a stone a month, hopefully achievable. Has anybody tried the new extra easy plan on slimming world? looks too good to be true, :? (bit like Genes chocolate diet, thank god I didn't try that! :lol: ) I don't attend a class so I'd be interested to know if anybody has tried it and how they've got on?

Good luck everyone, I have a vision of all the restuarant and bar owners seeing us all for the first time this year ,and thinking the credit crunch must have hit us really hard because we clearly havn't eaten much over the winter!! :lol:

Hi everyone and well done to you all for your amazing results so far!!
Been on SW plan before with some success but for some reason this time I'm finding it very hard to stay motivated. I've not been too naughty with the syns but it's difficult to stay within my 2 healthy extras a day, I think I need at least 3!! Any suggestions? Also, in great need of some exercise, has anyone ever been to aqua-aerobics and what did you think of it?

Up till I went on holiday last year, I'd been going to Aquacise for about 4 years....... really enjoyed it, it was a hard work out, but as the water supports your body, you shouldn't ache after exercising.

Unfortunately I have a knee problem and with all the jumping up and down I was really struggling to go up and downstairs for a few days after, each week, so I stopped going.

I really miss it, so why not give it a go, its great fun.
