Hi everyone,
Just got back from our yearly stay , report to follow but what is happening now is becoming increasingly sinister!
We arrived on saturday afternoon and after a few efes/swims at the apartments and our meals went to bed early to start the holiday off the next day. We always rise around dawn ( 0530hrs turkish ) and found that 12 of the apartments sunbeds had been "reserved" . Worrying I know because we scots thought this was a german thing! The next morning (0500) my wife Sharon couldn't sleep and was relaxing on a sunbed when around the corner came the nightwatchman....... and you've guessed it he had a bunch of towels in his hand and promptly laid them out on the beds ready for the days tanning. I would like fellow icmelerites to air their views on this subject. I say it is totally unfair and disrespectful to other guests and the bed reservations seem to also be done for people staying outwith the apartments. The owners of the apartments should make it very clear to guests that it can't and shouldn't be tolerated and nightwatchmen should be encouraged to remove towels that have been put down. I am sure this will evoke a lot of discussion.
