The problem with review sites is people can't be bothered to write a review when they have had a good time but when something isn't right a review is the first thing they do.
You need to read between the lines.
We have booked a quick week in June, we are actually going AI for a week for the first time due to the fact it was good value for money and we needed a
hotel with a lift for my mother, We have no intention of eating in at night as we love the different restaurants, looking at the reviews they appear to be quite negative from a first glance score point of view however when reading between the lines most issues are regarding the food in the evening which won't apply to us.
203 people have written reviews 45% have been positive, 30% Neutral and 25% Negative but when you think there have been 1000's of guests there in that time period most people must have been happy as they didn't jump onto trip advisor and slate the hotel.
