Yes,I already claimed consequential losses on 23/8 from cc company and got reply today.Although its only my first refusal,the Ombudsman was quite happy to go ahead.

Hiya BOBUK i've ended up having to ring Travel Republic myself because they hadn't sent the requested paperwork to CAA. Bloomin fed up of keep ringing people, might have to put a claim in for my phone bill next! You had any luck yet?
