Even though there is 0% commission you won't in fact get that rate because of charges. Their exchange rate is by bank transfer only and no card payments of any type are accepted. Don't know much about bank charges but I guess they won't be cheap. So there is in effect a charge, so it would be better to go elsewhere where there are no charges, even if the rate is a little lower.
The rate today with Ice is also 2.802 and they don't have any charges, depending on what card you use.
