(sorry if this is a bit complicated)
We booked our flight afew months ago on TR, but they booked through H4U and we fly with onur. My friend who i am flying with has had to drop out due to an emergency. So she gave her ticket to our other friend. We are due to fly on 13 days (10th july) so i rang TR and asked if it is possible to do a namechange this week when my friend picks her passport up from the office. The lady on the phone said "no sorry it can't be done, it seems H4U have a policy saying no name changes if its within 14 days of travelling, you can try ringing H4U and see if they will" so i did and the lady at H4U said they can still do name changes within this time but i have to ring TR and they make the change through them. So i rang TR back and it was a different person and i explained the situation and they have put in a 'customer service request' and said they will get back to me within a day or 2 at the most.
I am just slightly worried, do you think this will be allowed? i don't mind a charge but has anybody done this before or had the same experience with this company
