The resort of Icmeler is best known for being a more grown-up and refined brother to nearby night-club hot stop Marmaris and offers an attractive sandy beach with promenade and a good range of shops, eateries and bars for guests to sample. The weekly market is very large and well worth a visit for those wishing to purchase local goods and branded items and the coastal promenade walk is great for those seeking an adventure as it stretches all the way to Marmaris.
