* For late check out, kindly inform reception about your request on your depature day. Due to availability you may have late check out till 17:00 with an extra charge.

* During the stay 1 A la Carte Restaurant visits is free of charge. (min. 7 nights stay). Reservation is required one day before.
* Fish Restaurant : Seafood delicacies are served and reservations are made 24 hours in advance (Open 3 days a week) (15.04.2024 - 15.10.2024)
* For your security, glass cups and plates are not used in the pool and beach areas.

* Parties, animation programs and all other activities; they may change or canceled according to weather conditions.
* Ottoman Restaurant: Ottoman delicacies are served and reservations are made 24 hours in advance.(Open 3 days a week) (01.04.2024 - 31.10.2024)
* Diet corners are served in Maris Restaurant for lunch and dinner.
* In all of our restaurants and bars, beverages service is made with glasses.
* Due to local laws, alcoholic beverages are not served to guests younger than 18 years old.
* Nurse service is available free of charge between 09:00 and 18:00. (Except Sundays)

* It is forbidden to use room towels outside of the room. You can get towels for the beach and pool from the Spa center with your towel card.

* The hotel management has the right to not serve alcohol, to the guests which may harm themselves and their surroundings after alcohol consumption.
* EFES beer and cold drinks(coca cola,fanta, sprite) will service as bottled at beach and pool area.(free of charge)
