Hi Everyone

First post so a bit nervous! Hope everyone is okay and I have been really enjoying reading all your posts! We fly out in about four weeks from Newcastle and we are staying in the Efes Inn. Has anyone stayed there? Can anyone give us some more info on the hotel? Cant wait! :)

Hi Becs

Welcome to the Forum!

Stopped in the Efes Inn for years now and love it. I will pm you some more information on it. Flying out there tomorrow morning at 8.55 from Newcastle and then again on the 28th August for another two weeks, is this the flight you will be on? We will be stopping at the Efes Inn then aswell so it looks like we will be there same time! xx

We've stayed at the Efes Inn three times, its in a great position right on the beach. Staff are great, especially Eddie and Sadiq. Try the Havana bar across the road and say hello to ZaZa, Leon, Ferhardt and JayJay they are all great guys and will make you feel very welcome. Loads of other bars and restaurants around, I'm sure you will find one that is special to you. Once you have been to Icmeler you will want to come back year after year even twice a year like us. Enjoy your holiday, we are going back again in October for the second time this year and can't wait.

Hi Becs
stayed at the Efes Inn Hotel in june/ july this year , its in a great location on the beach with water sports available ie banana boats , ringos , speed boat hire , the staff are really nice and the foods good too . There are dozens of places to eat and you should try to do as many as you can , you will not have a bad meal anywhere . Our favourites are the love boat , the wayside , the lion bar , the elif , kingsland and the waterfall to name but a few . Back to the hotel , it is kept spotless with towels changed every day and you will be remembered every year that you return , there were people at the hotel who had stayed there for years and still they were coming backas I am sure we will .

Hi Becs
Looks like you'll need to get them to provide you with a fan or do your make up and hair on the balcony :) No matter what I'm sure you will have a fabulous time in Icmeler. xx

Hi Ayse

Yeah the air con is not so much a big deal for me as we always take a clip on fan with us anyway and only sleep in the room, we hardly spend any time in there. I suppose from the good reviews I have heard on the hotel the air con seems to be the only problem and the rest seems spot on! I just cant wait! xx
