You can't do better than the Lal - it's a lovely setting, authentic Ottoman food (no chips!) and the music is supplied by a live Turkish singer/musician. Really really nice - I can highly recommend it.

hi will depend where you are staying if your in the centre most are quite lively for the quieter ones try towards the outskirts of the centre or up in the old village which is about 10-15 min walk from the centre
One that we use is the wayside in the old village nice setting and excellent meal
am sure there will be more people along to give their opinion and you will have a great time exploring all the recommends :D

There is a good selection of restaurants in the main area of Icmeler which do not have Fun Bars attached, to name a few of them there is the Mandarin - Titanic - Golden Moon - Lighthouse - Harrys Steak House - Selem - Okimo after you have tried these there is still many, many more you could visit.
For a quite place to have a drink prior to or after your meal try the Magic Garden.....

I love this place to sit on a hot afternoon under the fruit trees - pure bliss.

Can't agree more with you Reesy. Having a couple of Efes in the Cafe Rose garden is sheer bliss, especially during the afternoon. She also makes a great egg and chips! and personally I think she has the best pancake in Icmeler.

When do you go to Icmeler Reesy? We go 30th July till 20th August. Can't wait!!!
