Im the first to moan about something if i think its wrong but I have to say the 2 occasions we have used ICR transfers the service has been super, they pulled the other halfs case to the minibus, gave us all free ice cold water and drove to the resort at warp factor 9. One of the reasons we stopped using the supplied transfer was the coach stops at the rip off restaurant and in 2007 it took nearly 4 HOURS to be dropped off. Please be careful when package holidays say its 1.5 hours to resort - thats if you drive straight there without dropping miserable face holidaymakers at back street Marmaris hotels!!

Use ICR for your transfers - trust me!....and do i get a discount for my August transfer!!

We thought we would cut down on travel time one year....Instead of the Greek islands (4 hours from Edinburger) we thought we would give Majorca a try ( 2+ hours from Edinburger ) only for us to spend 4+ hours on a coach going to our resort while I enjoyed the View it was hellish.

Nothing better than walking out the main doors at Dalaman airport and seeing your name on a card with ICR

I'm another big fan of the ICR transfers - we've never had a stop with them and they've always been very quick and efficient. I would certainly recommend them.

last year we used the tour op trans it took about 2 hrs and no stops right to Icmeler doing the same again in 3 weeks, the only problem we had was waiting at the airport for over an hour for people who were on the list for the transfer coach who didnt turn up they must have booked a private trans,they should let the reps no they will not be using tour opps coach, some people only think of themselves

used resorthoppa last july and couldnt have asked for better transfer they will make a stop if you want them to but if not straight to icmeler

We was disappointed with our ICR transfer last year,we waited about 35 minutes at the airport for other passengers,then he stopped at the services for about 20 minutes,every asked why!! but as someone else said! he shrugged his shoulders walked off,lit a fag,and chatted to other drivers,then when we set off again,I think he was killing time and drove so slow,when we reached Icmeler he had about 5 stops before our drop off,we was the last,and then he said," dont you have any luggage"he had taken our luggage out of the bus at one of the drop offs and left it there!!it was then one mad drive around to locate it,luckily one of the barmen at apts had taken it inside,not a good start for us thinking our luggage was lost!!.transfer took well over 2 hours,our driver was the little thin man with a moustache.

so far, not much of advertising took place except maybe the topic heading. Actually, its an enjoyable read to see where we are doing right and wrong. There is very valuable information to gather from these topics in all fairness.

The points i want to remind are: please please please! write to us if your ICR driver makes an unnecesarry stop or anything you feel as not expected. Stops are not allowed however we have had drivers take advantage of our position in the past as those road side places offer incentives to them. The only stop we allow is for petrol.

As many of you know, we have also been a victim of evil campaigns against us in the past. So sometimes, it is hard to differ real stories from "not so genuine" ones. But for public information, there has not been a "single" unsolved official compalint in ICR's history for any mistakes we may have made.
(If you feel this is not true, let me know [email protected]- and we will take action straight away to make things right.)

We have been at your service for almost 10 years now. Ofcourse we have made mistakes but we know 100% that we have done everything to minimize and rectify our mistakes and we are still working very hard to ensure that mistakes are kept at a minimum level.


And to answer Turkeymad:)

I understand ICR is a travelagent and they would like everyone on here to use their services but people should be given a choice and ICR should understand it.

Everyone on here are using our services since the forum is a service provided by ICR too:) and we are very happy to be serving you. We completely agree that everyone is free to choose which ever company suits them the most.
As for advertising, we are against people going on forum solely to advertise and introduce various places either for personal/business gain or to serve a group of people with one sided views on ICR.
There is a thin line here and we know yet please be assured that we try to make our decisions on these matters after thorough evaluation but not as a rapid reaction.

once again rami a fair reply to a difficult question I will be arriving tommorow for the first time traveling and booking accomadation with ICR and I am sure that i will recieve the service that i expect. from what i have observed in resort and on this forum I am sure it will be to my satisfaction. and I will write a unbiased review on my return

Bear in mind that they're not allowed to wait just outside the doors to the airport any more. You've got to walk down the ramp towards the car park area, and there's a sort of semi-circle area where all the transfer companies, etc, now have little stalls, and the guys stand there with the boards with your name on it now.

Don't always blame the people, in 2003 we booked a private transfer, I went to the TC rep who directs you towards the coaches and informed them we would not need their coach services, I even signed a piece of paper to that effect, we found out the following day from people staying at our hotel they had waited for us for an hour, the rep had not passed on the information to the transfer rep for that coach.

We have only got good things to say about the ICR transfer, both the pre service checks to confirm and wish us a
good holiday and the after service. Would use them again with no problem.

The twice I have used them it has been a minibus first time a 14 seater the second a 12 seater so their have only been a few drop offs. To be honest after having travelled fro around 4/6 hours to get to Icmeler it makes little difference if the transfer time is 1.5 hours or 2 hours. At £15 per person return its great value

I use them when I go to Benidorm so though I would try it myself last year from Dalaman to Icmeler.

I came out of the airport and the bus was waiting with one seat left for me and the people said that they had not been waiting long so all good.

Off we set and then stopped at a roadside cafe but I stayed in the bus and 25 minutes later we set off again.

We stopped outside the garage on the Datca road while the driver got someone on the bus from an office who knew the area so they could do their drop offs

I ended up showing them where the 3 hotels where in Marmaris as they never knew and then also 2 hotel in Icmeler as they did not know them either.

I did get back to Icmeler albeit a lot later than I should have and was thanked by everyone getting off the bus for my assistance

If anyone takes our transfer services and stops on the way in to the resorts at anywhere except a petrol station for fuel please let us know asap so we can fix things
