Hi Dancing Lucy!

I stopped in the Bella Mare the very first time I went to Icmeler and that was about 11 years ago and it was fairly new then and really nice inside. Havent been in since but have passed it quite alot of times and still looks ok? Sorry couldnt be more helpful! When are you going? x

Bella Mare

It is on the left as you walk from the beach towards the main road - the market is underneath it. My daughter stayed there last year - basic but friendly staff. Read stuff about the manager not allowing people to take drink or food in purchased out of the hotel which she confirmed but it seems many hotels have that policy. She went half board and said that drinks aren't included with meals, you have to pay. She also said you need to be up at breakfast to get a lounger. Great location though and it seemed a popular place. I stayed next door at the Metropole, Bella Mare pool was always lively and there's a bar at the back with pool table etc.

Have a good one.

Hello there, we stayed at the Bella Mare in 2004. It was basic but clean and the staff were very nice... we didn't have any hassle from the manager but the security guard was a bit of a strange bloke.
