Each to theır own - I would always pıck a wıng seat too! Out of curıosıty where are you goıng to be sıttıng?

the only seats left are from row 34 to 40 we are 34A and B,as to the wing i think i would get a bit knackered hanging on,ha ha ive read that you get the smoothest ride in wing seats but some times you have to accept what they give you like i said before i will sit on the wing before i miss the holiday

I have actually read that the rear of the plane is the safest, and the front being the worst. The wing section has an average chance of survival. Although I am suprised as the wings are were the fuel is stored.

Hi Steve
I agree. When have you heard of a plane going backwards into a mountain?

The best seat ever is sitting on the black box,it is always found.

I need to sound off about seat booking. Since Friday Friday 23rd I've been trying to book seats with "paxrelax" for a flight leaving Newcastle on Friday 7th. May. Each time I'm told "the passenger information isn't there" and now am told to phone 48 hours before departure. I then tried h4u but all they can do is book "seats together" but there is no guarantee that they are actually together (they can be separated by the aisle and, as you know, rows are staggered.). Of course these calls are all high rate. Definitely not happy about this.

Last year,I tried to book seats with payrelax, got told the same thing,I gave up in the end, very unhelpful.

just another con from airlines to get money out of you if they charge for you to pick your seat

Never booked seats in my life and always been sat together with my family!

I'd just like to point out that my anger is with the airline/airline agency/paxrelax and not with ICR.
I have booked seats in the past and been pleased that I have but was appalled last year to find "seats together" has a totally different meaning to general understanding of the term.
I've calmed down now - it was good to let off steam.

Same here.. we have always been together on the plane without paying extra.
Last year I had 3 seats all to myself returning from Dalaman- Edinburgh ,
The whole Family had 9 seats for the 5 of us

.
I dont think this will happen this year. Onur Air are nearly full for this year

It all depends on who you check-in with. If boarding passes are printed together then you will be seated together...the computer prints out the seats one after the other.
