hi iceman, we just came back from these apartments on monday. there is two large pools close together and a small pool for small children, there is also a small pool at the front of the apartments next to the restaurant and this pool has a slide. the rooms are clean, but are in need of redecoration. We had 2 rooms and they were not identical, room 107 had a bathroom, twin bedroom and a large living/kitchen area all seperate with a double and a single sofa beds, room 108 had the same except the bathroom was en suite to the bedroom and as there was only 2 of us in here it was fine, but if there was more people staying in the living room, they would have to go through the bedroom to use the toilet/shower - not very private if you were in your bed. Hope you are not in that block as there is dogs in the apartment next door and as they are outside all the time, the bark night and day. We didn't get a wink of sleep for the constant barking. We did say to the reception, but it's not their fault as the dogs belong to the incosiderate owner at the other apartments. We still had a ball and slept on the loungers at pool during the day. You must visit Sylvia's restaurant round the corner. Great food and great company from the staff, especially Volcan and Jack - say hello from John, Jean and family, especially Nichola. If you want to go any trips, then Volcan will be able to arrange them for you, and we recommend his boat trip, it was stress free and a great lazy day. There is quite a lot of hassle from the doormen this year as they are having a very poor season and are desperate for customers. A polite no thanks should do. Hope you have a brilliant time, wish we were returning soon, but will have to wait till next year. If there is anything else you want to know, just ask.

Thanks jejo from nice information.
Hope we´ll have room from different block, those dogs will be a trouble in 2 weeks.. Have to take earplugs to bag. I think from Finland come so few tourists that we get the worst apartments, that has happen before to us...so I´ll listen dogs.
Well, that means more Efes and brandy in evening.
We travel with 2 boys (11+13 years), they will be in the pools all the time.
Thanks again and nice summer to you. I´ll tell your regards foward.

Hi Iceman, We stayed at the Bahar in June and had no complaints at all. We were lucky as we were in the new building and it was quiet. Maybe when you get there you could ask for a new apartment and save yourself the hassle of the dogs barking. Hope you have a great holiday :)
