From Mataln try the CALYPSO ONCE A DAY it is magic stuff.Put it on in the morning then forget about getting burnt. It lasts all day and only costs £6 for 200ml, dont be frightend of the stuff because it really does work, it is also waterproof so swimming wont affect its use.

I second that. I have been useing it for a couple of years now after useing normal creams and lotions and getting burned as I like to swim alot and forgot to reapply sometimes since useing the Calypso Once A Day I can swim without haveing to reapply. I get mine from Home Bargains think I pay 4.99 for 200ml. Also with it being once a day you don't use as much as you would with normale cream sprays so less to pack, I usually take a 200ml bottle and 100ml bottle and that usually does me 2 weeks.

I would advise everyone to test their suncream if not used before or in awhile... I used piz buin for the first time last year and I'm not allergic to anything but I broke out in Hives (which is basiclly an allergic reaction) :( It's not a very pleasant experience I must say!

Just wanted to warn everyone to take care :D

Same happens to me with Boots Soltan products - my partner kept telling me it was prickly heat and I kept slapping more of the stuff on!!!

I used the Calypso in June and October last year, I found it stained a lot of things, especially a white vest if you decided to go for a walk etc. I will probably go back to the normal sun tan lotion this year.

It definitely did the job though and I didnt burn.

you need to use the oil free one so it does not block your pores

I used to suffer with a blotchy rash/prickly heat type thing too and wondered if it was the Nivea suncream I was using as it can be a bit oily/greasy, but the last couple of years I've used a good body scrub the day or night before flying and this seems to have solved the problem - no more rashes :D
