Pleased to see that the ICR Webcam is showing Icmeler in the sunshine and the 5 day forecast is for sun from start to finish,the weather charts have rain in north Turkey

Yes, it's picked up since sunrise.

My Turkish friend said it was still raining at 3 am this morning (local time).

Flurries and minus temperatures, surely this is not right.
