we discovered it a couple of years ago and swear by the stuff - even if it's placebo effect, it doesnt matter hehe

interestingly though, John's not mentioned what it does to the colour of your waterworks if you know what I mean
well worth it though!!

I thought some people may be having their dinner whilst catching up with the board so I didn't bother to add that the "colour of my waterworks" changes to a luminescent green after taking Berocca.

Looking it up on the web its because the body is getting rid of the balance of vitamins which it dosn't need.
