Where are you trying to access the webcam from? I go to the home page, scroll down to the bottom and click 'on still images for live webcam'

thanks so much for the info. I've always tried to access it via the 'extras' drop down menu and then selecting webcam.
needless to say I have NEVER managed it that way.

Brenda.

Amanda - if you click on the Icmeler Online link at the top of this page, then scroll down to the bottom right-hand side of that page, you'll see a box with a pic which says still pictures from webcam, click on that and you will see still images from the webcam which refresh every few seconds. It's not a continuous live stream from the webcam, though.

Right i need some help desperately!!!!

Can't get the webcam to work on laptop, main computer and my dad has tried it at work too...still nothing!! All comps running on XP and have latest java installation, also running the activex control!

Screen comes on then goes black, it says "playing..." at the bottom and the counter gets to 0.02 and then cuts off and says "ready", it does this every time. Tried being patient and refreshing but still nothing

Pleassee someone help. have never been able to view the cam!

Hi Dannii_89
Are you trying to access the webcam from either the Extras drop down, or Extras on the left hand side of main page?? :?
If so you will get a Black screen. Scroll to bottom of the main page and click on Still Images From Live Web Cam.
The cam is stuck at present, but will show a still image. When its back up and running the image will refresh every few seconds.
