Dennis? I thought people were talking about the other waiter on the door. The entertainment each night was good, so its a shame they didn't hassle less as i feel this would of brought people in on its own.

Yeah it was Dennis we had trouble with. We didn't recognise him at first as he is now clean shaven and I've only ever seen Dennis with a goatee. He was on the door trying to get people in everytime we passed, so I don't know if that is who everyone else has been having trouble with.

I just got home from Icmeler this morning and we went to dreamboys one night. The man in the door had followed me in East Enders some nights before and knew who i was there with. It freaked me out a bit but i didn't care that much. He promised us free drinks but we didn't get any. When me and my mom finished our dinner we both got sick and we had to almost run home to go to the toilet. From that night we had problems everytime we ate. I will never go to Dreamboys again.

Is this Dennis still working at the restaurant or has anyone complained directly to Yaya and Adam about him. It is a shame that someone like him can completely ruin the holidays of people by an outburst of disgusting behaviour firstly with a young teenage girl then with the members of her family. One objectional character destroyes all the good things that the other staff work hard at and could finish off the restaurant where previous guests are concerned.
As I said in a earlier post on this topic I was a frequent customer , from May I don't remember this Dennis the menace maybe because I was greeted by someone else but I did have a word with Yaya, as a friend , telling him I thought the meal that I had was very poor and not up to what was expected. He accept this from me saying it was a different chef which is the usual reason.
I am not into Icmeler until later next month when I will speak to Yaya and Adam about this incident and make them aware of the feelings of forum members.

Been going to dreamboys for 4 years now, absolutely love this place and have never had a problem with any of the staff past or present. I think the person most people are talking about on the door is Baki, he is the one who does all the shows (mj, dirty dancing, greece) and yes he did work in dream friends for most of the season last year.

It's sad to hear people have been having problems with him as 99.9% of the staff there are lovely and could not do enough to make your holiday special. Special mention to Baris, Huseyin, Mekin, Veysel, Cemil, Speedy, Ramzi, Cemal and Tunch!

I do hope the problem gets sorted out but I do urge people to try this place for yourself and don't let other peoples' experiences cloud your judgement. This place was packed in june and we sometimes could not even get a table, the entertainment is second to none...it seems a shame to let 1 person ruin your Dreamboys experience!!

yeah as a few others have mentioned the guy that i am referring to is called Baki and is the one that does all the 'entertainment'

Thank you to everyone for your words of support. I'm sorry I don't know the guy's name though most of you seem to know who I am talking about. Some of you have said you will bring it to the owner's attention, that would be a good idea before one guy ruins what used to be one of Icmeler's top spots.
Part of me is glad there were no men in our company or things could have been an awful lot worse - guys if it happens to you, try not to get involved, quietly report him, you don't want to end up in a cell!!

We won't allow this incident to stop us from returning, it was just a shame it happened when I had a couple of friends with me for the first time

Thanks again

Dream Boys well what can I say, We also used to visit this restaurant on a regular basis while holidaying in Icmeler and needless to say spent quite a bit of money in it but needless to say never again.
This year it was our Lynsey's boyfriends 21st Birthday while we were there after a lot off discussion the young ones in our group decided Dreamboys was the place to celebrate. So lynz decided to organise a surprise party,of she went 3 days before to book it and organise everything we were assured it would all be sorted, cake, ballons banners etc for a very large group off 18 people. The big day arrived and back down she went at lunchtime and was told it was all organised she was even shown the table that we would be getting. Sounds good but alas it goes all wrong, down we all go only to find out no table organised infact they acted as through they knew nothing about it. They gave Lynz a lot of abuse in front of a very packed restaurant and throught that it was really funny when she got upset and started crying. They clapped and shouted abuse as our party left as for Yahya he didn't want to know.
A happy ending was had. Of we tripped to the lemontree and Zaza bless him sorted out a cake, banners etc and we all ended up having a great time.
At the end of the day it was Dreamboys loss as they lost a lot of money that night and needless to say will lose a lot from us in the future.

Lynn you will find Danny Devito as he is known in the Dream3Bells. We were talking to him in June and all he would say was big fall out.

LynnJenny

The Dream3Bells is next to Romeo & Juliets and across from Istanbul Restaurant, on the road to the Prince Apartments.

Hope this helps :D
