There have been threads on here in the past about working in Turkey - I'm sure if you do a search you will find them, because they were full of useful information.
I know my daughter was thinking about trying to find a job in
Icmeler and it's a lot more difficult than it might seem. It's very difficult to get a working visa, so of course, people will take the risk of working without one - but if you get caught, it's a serious business.
I certainly don't want to pour cold water on anyone's hopes of working in Turkey, but it's not something to be done lightly. You've got to look into all the legal implications very seriously.
Also, if you're thinking about going over and then trying to find work, I'd make sure you save enough to cover your living costs for the first few months (and probably your return fare home too), just in case things don't work out. Better to be safe than sorry.
