It's heading the wrong way, the interbank rate is below 2.50 for the first time in weeks this morning.

I just got my nationwide bank statement through from whilst we were in icmeler last week and the week before.
The lowest rate that i got was 4.47 and the highest was 2.52. I was well impressed the most the family got in the resort was 2.50

Bit off a dillema here folks.

The site at noon on 17th July says the exchange rate is 2.5111TL to the £

This makes Andy with the forecast of 2.51 being the nearest.

Problem is the site hasnt updated todays rate which has taken a bit of an hit and todays rate is 2.4822TL to the £.
This would have made Erik The Vikeing our winner with 2.48TL to the £

So I propose both Eric and Andy are joint winners and both can become our financial advisors for the comeing year.

Well what can i say, my long range Lira forecast came true!, now watch it plummet before i go on the 14th....

A friend said that at Gatwick yesterday the xchange rate was 2.2 at one of those little exchange booths....bit low i thought!

whats the latest in-resort rate?

heading out a week today but i've only changed a small amount of money here before going as i am planning on changing the rest there for a better rate.
