Only just joined - Shame on Me

We have been going to Icmeler for the past 4 years with ICR and this is the first time I have registered and put in a post Shame on me as I read everybody elses posts every week. So hi to everybody and any questions regarding Icmeler I hope I can help with. Not going this year unfortunately as I was made redundant just before Christmas and even though I am working as a temp we are unsure how things are going to be. We treated ourselves Spring Bank with my redundancy money and went to Benidorm which surprisingly my husband enjoyed. Our teenage daughter has been nagging to go to Spain for the past 2 years and when we got back she said she didn't realise how much she loved Icmeler and wants to come back. I am hoping to sweet talk the hubby into going again but we will see!

Hi juejue. I am fairly new to the forum too, so welcome. I have been out of work for just under 2 years now. We didn't think that we would be able to get to Icmeler this year, but hey...the good news is that we are going in October. The lengths that hubby and I will go to to get to Icmeler this year is unbelievable...we have given up smoking!

Thanks guys for your replies. I have an interview for this job I am temping on next Thursday at 9.00am so fingers and toes crossed I will get it and be back in permanent employment. It is amazing how many people are losing or have lost there jobs so hope everythings turns out fine for you all. I will let you know the progress of my sweet talking
