Cheers Dodge not rushing things but just wanted to keep myself in line a bit more after stopping smoking. It's been over 4 months now so happy with that achievement weight loss is a bonus :wink: :wink: :wink:

Hi everyone i've really been struggling recently,
havn't even dared to step on the scales!
I think i've got stuck in a rut eating the same food all the time.
I was wondering if anyone had any recipes etc.?

Are you trying to follow any specific diet plan?If so maybe the slimmers who are following that plan can give you some recipes to keep you on the straight and narrow.Iam having a wee laugh to myself as i type this as I have been soooooooooooo bad for a good few weeks now and I am dreading trying on the swimwear :oops: :shock: Anyway good luck MM

i'm not following any plan as i find these even harder i end up obsessing about what im eating and when so i find it easier to try and just eat healthier. As i say i seem to just be eating the same food everyday so i have slipped up alot recently :oops: well if i'm going to be wearing any swimwear something drastic must happen! don't want to be scaring people away :lol:

well done onyour weight losses for this week sam lost 1lb & I lost 2.5lb so pleased as i got my 3 stone award last night so well chuffed still a long way to go yet good luck for next week
