Hi and welcome to the Icmeler lovers forum. There are many things to do, just have a look around this website. You will find that ICR do many top trips and cover just about anything you would want to do. You only have to ask. Anything can be booked/arranged over the web or at the office in Icmeler where you will get a great big welcome and lots of help from Donna & Shaz.

You are gonna love it

hi the most important thing to respect, is the sun, and the heat, a good hat high factor cream , often...... cool off in the sea, or pool, often..... limit the alcohol ,in the daytime. keep under the parasol, and you,ll love the place. enjoy bill atkinson. PS its hot in august really..

Never a true word said.
Respect the heat of the day and dont drink to much bevvy, Save your drinking for night time. The pool and beach are very good for keeping the heat of the day from wearing you out.
Icmeler is more fun by night.

everyones advice is good so far
the turkish people are so friendly they all just want to be your friend
and most of them are actually genuine
its a lovely place but you do need to take care in the sun as it does get very hot
but im sure you will have an amazing time and fall in love with icmeler and turkey the way everyone else on this forum has done
hope this helps

hi and welcome StephieB, totally agree with what's been said already
don't think anyone's mentioned making sure you drink PLENTY of water during the day
I usually go through at least 3 of those tall water bottles - think they hold a litre?
if that's a bit too boring, you can get great stuff called Tang at Tansas - the supermarket
Tang is a powder that comes in different fruit flavours, makes the water more bearable

Hi. We have stayed at L'Etoile hotel for the last 3 years, and we are going back again in October...roll on. The hotel is brilliant. Staff are great. Food is great, even though it does get a bit repetative by the second week, but there are plenty of good eating places around and about if you fancy a change. There is a Turkish bath underneath the hotel, but this is not included in the price of the hotel. ICR will get you to a good Turkish bath. Have a great holiday!

I used P20 couple of years ago, whilst it's good that you didn't have to keep applying it - it stained all my clothes and even though I had a shower before going out in the evening, when I put my perfume on, my kneck went all yellow! I wouldn't use it again - especially when my hubby got really bad prickly heat with it.

If like me ,you get fed up drinking water through the day, I find that iced tea helps quench my thirst and keeps my dydrated.

A good trip to do is the lazy day boat trip - and ICR can arrange this for you, you will get some amazing photos doing this.

Enjoy your stay - once you've been once, you wont want to go anywhere else!
