DOH !!!!! Exchange rates

Postby madmackem » 26 May 2009 16:45

This question has probably been asked before so excuse me if it has, but where does the exchange rate on the home page come from, it seems a lot higher than any I have seen and boy do I check, want the best for my meager funds.

It's the interbank rate and not the tourist rate.

Depending on your card provider, I understand Nationwide don't charge, my bank Lloyds TSB does so check with your bank first.
