Went to paradise last year and one night I had a pasta dish that was hot and spicy but for the life of me I can't think what it was called, I can't go this year be there in 2010 so if anyone knows the dish I can at least knock it up and bring back some lovely memories.

I've not eaten in the baron, but wonder if it could be penne arrabiata.

It is Penne Arribiata, its a tomato sauce with chilli added. My husband loves this dish and I make it all the time.
