I have gained 3lb this week.
I just detest bank holidays,we have to go to the pub a couple of nights and dinnertimes.
Laying in the garden eating Magnum ice creams.3 for 90p from Morrisons.
What chance has a poor bloke got with those sort of temptations?.

Ha ha Gene, you must have had much better Bank Hoilday weather than us to be ABLE to lay in the garden with your Magnums :D My daughter has lost 1/2 lb this week.

I lost 4lb this week! :D
I've not altered my diet significantly, but I've made an effort not to have a drink this week and it's showing.
This weekend I'm on a girly weekend in Newquay though, so will definitely be having a few drinks. Hope the scales don't penalize me too much next week!!

Well done everyone, another fantastic set of losses.

Dodge, don't worry about it! It will come off again. Keep going girl!

Gene, I think the supermarkets have a conspiracy going on to sabotage all weight loss :) sods!

Lost another 2lb this week at slimming world. Gone on the Extra Easy plan its excellent, a stone to go, we fly 11 weeks today, Yippeeee! :lol: :lol:

Lynne jenny, Still losing if you've had a couple of bad days, is excellent, you must have been really good most of the week, well done!


Elaine, well done on your 2lb with extra easy plan, might give it a go now, looks to good to be true hey? but your loss following it has spurred me on to try it.

Jozzyd......... TAKE A BOW!! I couldn't do what you've done, I can just about get my head round to sticking to a diet after years of supposedly doing so! (think I've been on a "diet" since I was about 20, haha!) Well done! :D

I've lost another 2lb, 1 week to go before take off, I'll be happy to not gain now, excitement nibbling may well kick in over the next week :wink:

good luck everyone, and in the words of my old slimming world consultant, "go forth and shrink", her parting comment after each class, hilarious! :D

The extra easy plan always makes me sceptical, but so many people seem to be doing so well on it! I might have to give it a go if I can wrap my head around the logic. I've had "no mixing carbs and proteins" in my head for so long now that it's hard to think outside that box!!
Do you find it easy to follow, Elaine? Easier to follow than the other SW plans, I mean?

my thoughts exactly Jools, know what you mean, with the mixing idea, but I'm going to try it after hols too, after seeing how well Elaines done. You've done really well anyway with 4lb loss, well done
