Weigh in days are around about the wednesday of each week but we are not to a day or two either side.

Hello everyone,that charts looking really good! well done to all! :D I've had my plaster removed from my arm and weighed in this morning, I'm thrilled because I've lost 6lb since my last weigh in, it was weeks ago but feels nice to have reached my first stone target, 2 weeks to go before I fly out so I'll stick to it and see if I can lose a few more.

Jozzyd I love hearing how your non smoking is going aswell, well done, :D

well done on all your weight losses especially gene well done and joyzzd on cig loss sam lost 1 lb this week and i lost 2 good luck to all for the next week and welcome to the class ddelilah well done on your loss so far

Well done everyone, great losses again this week.

At last I have managed to maintain my weight and stayed the same this week, I have lost 3st 2lbs and I dont want to lose any more, but I will still weigh every week and log it here if thats okay.

Reesy, you've done fantastic, you worked hard and didn't give in, thats easier said than done, and now maintaining,well done! you've cracked it girl! :D it definately inspires us all I'm sure when we see each others progress, its really helped me, and Genes chart, shows how well everybody's doing.

I'm keeping mine up now for my 2 week countdown to flying out, another few pounds I hope. :)

Thanks both, I can say its the most determined I have been. Got my big birthday coming up this year, so wanted to be a bit more healthier before entering another decade :lol:

Might try and join you Jozzy in the no smoking, but I will wait until after the October holiday :shock:

Mary i am registering with Gene from Tuesday i started my diet yesterday. Am really really pleased that i can now say i don't smoke :D :D But i want a good few pounds off for August :oops:

Ha thanks Reesy & Jools that remains to be seen, not counting calories yet but not eating crisps, chocolate and stuff like that. If i don't lose quick enough i will calorie count. I don't want any rolls on this years pics in Icmeler :oops: :oops:
