Thank you for your email, the bookings made by the Freedom Direct will proceed with the Goldtrail and Hotels4U. Any monies they have not received will be honored by them and claimed back from the financial protection by the tour operators directly.
Am I being thick or what. What does this actually mean as it seems to contradict what hotels 4u have advise d me

I read that as you flight and
hotel is ok, hotels4u must be able to be able to claim their loss through some sort of insurance they have.
