Stayed the same this week which I can assure you is good considering what I've eaten - Chinese, Indian, kebabs, birthday cake.......but maybe the gain will show next week

My daughter has lost 3lbs this week and mother on day 38 without a smoke :D :D :D :D :D Well done LJ and everyone else keep it up :wink:

I have lost 2lb.
That means I have only to lose one more pound and I will be back at my wieght before I started slimming. :D

And well done Jozzy, going really strong. :D

I lost 2lbs this week, really pleased after indulging on Sunday with the family for Mothers Day. I also got my 5 stone award at Slimming World tonight :D so pleased!!!

Hi All :lol:
Sam lost 1/2 :lol: pound which she was pleased with as she had a couple of nights out but got her club 10 which means she has lost 10% of her body weight since joining 10 weeks ago really proud of her as she is only 16 she needs half pound next week an thats 1.5 stone.
i lost another 2.5 pound another 2.5 next week an i will have my 2 stone.
Well done to you jools 5 stone thats amazing well hope you all have another good week

Jozzy, you are doing fantastic, well done.

I lost another 4lbs this week, so I am now off the total food replacement plan and on healthy eating. I only want to lose about another 7-10lbs now.

Hey Dodge,

Thanks :D it's taken me 14 months (with a 4 month gap when I was in America), so it's been about 10 months of actual dieting.

I follow Slimming World, but have to say that I recommend going to the meetings. When I went to America, I didn't follow the plan so I put on a stone while I was there, and had to lose that when I got home again! (So, technically I've lost 6 stone with SW.) What I'm trying to say is that I'm testament to the fact that the meetings keep you going better than doing it alone. It's £4.50 a week, but it's well worth it.
