Take a look at this thread, katie - it has some useful information on working in icmeler
http://www.icmeleronline.com/forum/view ... 57&start=0

It's not at easy as you may think - my daughter would love to work in Turkey (preferably Icmeler) but so far, she's had no luck. You have to get a work permit and that's a lot easier said than done.

Well Karen and I are going for a week in April to secure our accomodation. We're then heading out again at the end of May and returning July 3rd as we have family events which we can't miss. Then we're going back on the 20th July until October. :D Hooray! I'm looking forward to the summer!

Yeah Katie as blondie says its not that easy.
I was out there from April to October last year...loved it!!
Although i didnt work...it is hard to get a work permit there,i have known of people to work in bars etc,but this isnt always a safe option if you get caught. Know of a few people that were deported last summer.

My advice would just be to save as much as you can if your planning to go for that long as just enjoy it!
I did!! :D

Going for three weeks from the 29th July to the 24th August. We've been every year for the last 16 years, can't be bad!

I'm going for 0 weeks this year :(

Thought it wise not to take the baby in that heat, so she will get her first taste of Icmeler next year hopefully.
