Icmelerites Slimming Progress

I have gained the 8lb that I lost in November.

December brought the munchies and I munched through-out December, and drank lots of alcohol.

Day 1 is tomorrow and I am back to zero loss.

Anyone mind if I join in? It's always nice to have people to slim alongside!!

I joined slimming world in Feb 2008 and lost 4stone 8lbs by September. I then went to America until Christmas and think I've probably put on about a stone and a half of what I lost while I was there and over the festive season.

I'm spending the summer in Icmeler this year, so my aim is to have lost a total of 7stone by the end of May! Argh! Lots of hard work to come!

My first weigh in since September is tomorrow....watch this space!

Have just been tonight as moral support with my eldest daughter to slimming world. She is already chewing my ears off about red and green days and syns ha ha. I am keeping my fingers crossed for her that she can do it! She has put a stone on after having her second baby 6 months ago! So good luck again to all of you. I should join have about a stone to lose but hey am a granny who cares

Aww good luck to her and if you need any help on the syns just let me know. Its a great diet when you stick to it.

Wellcome jools and you are on our graph.

I have gained 2lb since my last weigh-in, in December.
Shows that a little restraint from the beer and mince pies helps .

Sorry Mary but if you have put on the 8lb since December,even though I would like to be nice it is a gain and not a zero loss so you do have that extra incentive now.
I understand what you mean that all you have lost you are back to your original weight.

Good luck all and dont forget you will all have gains since the Christmas Binge.

3½lb gain for me over Christmas which is not bad considering!!

The Daily Mail have been publishing the New Atkins diet this week and I am thinking about a go at that. I did it years ago and did lose quite a bit of weight fairly quickly, but I'm still in the thinking stage.

Ann gained 3lb this week but she says she is pleased with that as she thought she had put more weight on than that.

OK, so 4 months in America = 1st 3lbs ON!
That means I've now lost 3st 8lbs.

My target is now to just drop 3stone by the end of May....fingers crossed!!

I had a blowout before I got on my diet and finished everything. All gone now so no temptation laying around.

Well I'm ashamed to say that Christmas has taken it's toll on me too. 5lbs on since my last weigh in Still too many goodies lying around thanks to the generosity of our patients.....

Starting diet on Monday 12th. By the way well done to those who didn't put on much
