We are all trimmed up now for Christmas.
Xmas tree outside with a santa pulling a sleigh,3 reindeer grazing and coloured lights everywere.
Inside a Chrissy tree and loads of santas in the window.
We only trim up for our Andre.

We have our tree up also Gene. Niamh was driving us mad looking it up so decided it was easier to give in. Just spent the afternoon at the cinema watching Madagascar Back 2 Africa well worth a trip. Niamh is now entertaining us on the Wii singing along to her High School Musical game.Think another glass of wine called for, practising for the Karoke next June.

My dog also has a double thick coat, and she's been lying in front of the fire all evening....only venturing outside for a quick one today.

I haven't been warm since coming back from holiday in September, so there's no hope for me!!!

It's a blizzard here at the moment - picked son up from footy training and couldn't see a thing! No buses running - no sign of snowploughs or gritters and kids outside having the time of their lives chucking snowballs right, left and centre!
I actually don't mind when it's like this, or at least I wouldn't if you could just stay inside and enjoy it - or wrap up warm and go for a nice scenic walk. But stuff having to drive to work in it and slip and slide your way round slushy pavements - on balance, I'd rather be in Icmeler! :)

For anyone who has not heard Elvis, the laughing version of Are you lonesome tonight. Listen to the whole song, Elvis just cant stop laughing at the woman in the backing vocals. Hilarious.

Jacqui, I know these symptoms well, have been suffering for almost 2 years now. Tried everything from herbal remedies to patches. I've only recently been prescribed Elleste tablets by my doctor and they are working a treat, no more hot flushes (unless I forget to take them!)

Like you not so bad when in Icmeler, think its maybe cos I can't tell the difference between a hot flush and just HOT all the time!! dotty x
