Once the minimum amount of participants is reached, we will contact each party to reconfirm arrangements (probably at a cheaper rate than advertised due to possible one time group booking discounts we may receive) – Once confirmed, we will mail email each party with their tickets and vouchers and the complete 7 day itenary.

Note: If for some reason, the total price advertised above is changed for a higher value by the time we reach min amount of participants and call you to reconfirm arrangments, you will be free to opt-out and have your deposit returned to you even if the min number of participants is reached.

That is basically it. Then, all we have to do is wait and see if there is enough interest. If there is, we will organize this trip for you.

We will also continue searching for cheaper flights each day from various departing points (not much of a choice though) and we will let you know if price goes down however when you decide to participate, assume the highest price and then make your deposit so that we can see the serious amount of people and focus and plan on this special trip properly with the things we can do once after you arrive.

Oops this is for this year, I was actually meaning for next year because Phill has used all his holiday allowance for this year. I could fit in 1 week next year just after Xmas because we would take 2 weeks June, 1 week Oct, and 1 week Dec. I get about 6 weeks holidays, but poor Phill only gets 4, and he wouldnt be too happy if I went on my own at Xmas

We could do the same sort of package for next year Mary, flight prices would vary as some of the prices for december 2009 not out yet. But for this year if anyone intrested here we go its an idea and yep lets all get together for the 2009 one.

That is actually great news. If it is for next year, then we can come up with a complete plan with fantastic ideas and actually can arrange for a much bigger get together and party. Even new years on the beach with a small concert etc. Many ideas come to mind and please share yours and what we will do is , lay it all down, get the most possible figures etc once we find out the estimated number of those interested.

Those who are somewhat interested, please drop off a line here or Colette, maybe we can set up a seperate topic with a pole to see how much is interest is there genuinely?

Hehee, I am glad Gene is on my wavelength.

Ok Rami, I am not allowed to take Xmas off, but if its like this years dates, a few days after Xmas I would definitely be interested. I will say 80% yes now that I am interested, but I will give you a definite answer next week when I have confirmed with work that I could have the New Year off as unfortunately we are open 365 days a year.

Really looking forward to showing our Turkish friends our version of Auld Lang Syne..........
