BOAT TRIPS

Postby jules » 16 May 2006 22:19

Myself, hubby and son done a lovely boat trip last year. We booked with a couple of young lads down by the Canal, who at the time I thought looked a bit dodgy. We paid the equivalent to six pounds each and our son went free. We were picked up from our hotel at 9.00 am and driven to Marmaris where we got on a fairly simple boat, nothing too glam. We set off at about 10.00 and arrived back in Icmeler at 5.15 ish. We had a lovely lunch, again nothing too glam, but plenty of it.

We stopped off a couple of times and were able to swim, we were taken to some caves and then on to a less crowded beach for an hour before out trip back.

All in all I can say it was one of the most relaxing days of our holiday and looking forward to doing it again this year. Excellent value for money, only wish I could remember the name of the people we booked with.

I would love a boat trip with just one swim stop, two at the most, as I just get settled for sunbathing and the boat stops again :(

boat trips

we always go on captain bullshits boat, its very good and reasonable. you can go on a sunday and have lunch on the boat. or wednesday with a barbecue on the boat . these are included in the price. ali (captain bullshit) is hilarious and you can guarantee you will have a laugh , you may not always get a sunbed but sometimes it is much too hot on the top deck, and i think he stops at different bays about 3 times.
he also owns a restaurant in icmeler where you can have a good night out after the trip if you're not already drunk.

I arrange our boat trips and sunbeds are guaranteed.

I will be putting some pics up soon.

The first of the season was done 14th May and the weather was great.

40 sunbeds upstairs and we had 28 guests so plenty of room.

£15 per person with all drinks included and a very nice lunch and you even get jacked spuds with it.

We do the bays of course but we stay away from other boats so not crowded and we tell the driver where to go so a good day.

We do have a stop in Turunc though where if you want can have a little shop around or follow us to a friends bar.

The best thing to do is contact Sharon or Heather in the office and arrange it through them.

We usually do it Sundays only as the girls get the day off then so they if they want can go on the boat and relax.

Sunday 4th June looks good to me as our group will be over then.
Will call in the office and see what can be arranged.
Turunc is a lovely little village to stop off at and is one of my favourite stops.

Hi Everyone

Its looking like the 4th of June is a popular date for the boat trip as quite a few of you will be here then. So im going to pencil this in the diary. You can either come to the office and see me or Heather or you can book by contacting

[email protected]

We can arrange any of the excursions that are listed on the website.

Looking forward to seeing you all

Peat

The office is in the centre of icmeler, opposite Harrys steakhouse and above the chill bar, You just follow the signs and it leads upstairs to the office.

Hope this helps
