Hi

welcome to the forum. I've never stayed in Blue Rainbow but i have used the swimming pool and pool bar etc several times, one thing i will say though its in my opinion in an excellent location, the restuarant Blue Rainbow on the corner of the street is very nice and i believe guests in hotel get 10% discount, you have the ever famous ZaZa's Havava Bar over the road

Blue Rainbow Hotel

Postby GillyB » 14 Sep 2008 17:18

Welcome to the forum. 10 members of my family stayed there in August including my mother in Law (almost 70) and they all absolutely loved it. We visited them and the hotel is very clean and the pool area lovely. The hotel is indeed serviced by the Blue Rainbow Restaurant around the corner and the owner Elios is absolutely wonderful. The food is great as well as the service and they look after you very very well. The hotel is situated minutes from the beach. The view from the rooms is wonderful.

My mother in law commented on the fact that the music was a bit too loud of an evening time but this did not spoil her holiday.

I think you have picked a lovely place to stay and you will not be disappointed.

Have a great time.

Ive just come back from 2 weeks in the Blue Rainbow and it was fine. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are cleaned everyday. I was in room 418 which had a great view. The pool area is one of the best I have seen in Icmeler and the pool is a lot warmer too. There are two lifts in the hotel. I only stayed B&B but the menu on the board for the evening meal always looked ok and the food always smelt nice.
Any more questions please feel free to ask :)

welcome to the forum and hello to your wife. You will find the music a bit loud but it all goes off at midnight so you will be able to sleep after that.We stayed next door at the Efes Inn and even as pensioners ourselves we were often in bed well after midnight anyway
Enjoy your holiday
