The little supermarket under the ICR offices usually give the best exchange rate.

I take my Nationwide Flexi Card, which is free for withdrawals abroad from any country, and when I used this in June, I was getting 2.45 ish exchange to the pound, but in the supermarkets, the best I had was 2.30.

Ozzy
Re:- above
Before you go out there check the exchange rate on somewhere like,www.xe.com
At the moment the rate is 2.217,
You will see more or less every buisness in Icmeler will exchange
some even have notice boards outside, Its no problem you are spoilt for choice
Anyhow what ever the "world foriegn exchange rate" is on your arrival you should get very close to that, Best thing is to find a local shop/bar tell them you will deal with him all your holiday, and what is he offering.
They are happy at the moment to buy forign currancy, becouse they hold onto it and exchange when the rate is better for them
But as I say keep away from the official exchange shops they are
"Rip off"
Every one has their own friendly local exchange guy, becouse he knows he will probably get a grand or so off you, just ask and if your not happy move on, someone will come close to or probably over the true bank rate
Regards
