Ekinci Palace - 15th Sept

Postby nicwrigley » 07 Aug 2008 15:24

Hi all,

I am about to book to stay at the Ekinci Palace with my hubbie, 4 year old son, best friend and mother in law (we came last year and LOVED it - stayed at Babadan.. ) anyway, wondered if anyone had stayed at Ekinci Palace, and could give me some views...? it looks great...

Also its my best friends 30th Bday, and wondered where the best place to have a special and maybe quite lively meal???

CANT WAIT TO GO!! whoooo!!!!

thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!

Hi we flying out on 5 Sept from Manchester about 9.30 should be in Avlu 1 around 5.30-6ish and out an hour or so later, we not stayed at Avlu 1 for about 8 years I usually stay nearer beach but our daughter coming with us and wanted apt with seperate bedroom tried Avlu 3 and Captain Silvers but all booked up. Hope to see lots of people from this site out there (dont know how Il recognise you though) I speak to people on the beach each year and see them over and over again but never ask if they come on the sites. We aren't going now  Flights cancelled and what we were offered as an alternative wasn't any good.As it happens it may be for the best as youngest daughters partner whos in the RAF thinks hes being posted to Basra at the beginning of october for three months and as they have a baby who is 4 weeks now shes already upset.Best if I'm around when he goes.

I sure will Wimpy but I can't believe the run of bad luck we're having!

Last week my son in law who is a lovely hard working bloke had to go into hospital for an emergency op. Now ,they have just had a big suprise addition to their family, Lucas who is now 5 months old and he hardly sleeps, so is real hard work. I do try to take him off their hands for a while but I work full time and it is difficult.

My son in law has come out of hospital and my daughter is looking after him and she goes and bangs her little toe tonight on a door and it is totally out of joint. She's been the hospital and has just got back they won't do anything for 5 to 6 weeks even though it is fractured.

It never rains but it pours, I'm gonna have to take some Phyllosan to perk me up :)
