I love Icmeler, Turunc and thirdly Marmaris, but I feel so sad that so many people are going AI, all they seem to want is cheap sun - sorry to all those of you that just want that but it is ruining the resorts who rely on tourists for their income. To me its about trying different food, meeting the people (even its only the bar boys/waiters), Turkey is such a vast and beautiful country that even if you don't travel around you can learn so much from talking to the locals. Do some of the trips, visit Pamukkale, I promise you won;t be disapponted by that awe inspiring trip, Turlte Beach - fabulous. my whole point is enjoy the Country you have chosen to visit and appreciate the differences form the UK way of life. It's not all about cheap drinks - You can do that as well! Forget AI holidays, go B&B or SC and explore whatever suits you.

Havanna bar it is then. I have had a look on the icmeler map and found the bar. We are flying out on the Thursday14 August and will call in on the saturday. There are about 18 of us, so the crack will be good.

we don't get there till the 18th, but we go to the havana every night after dinner or a show, so i'm sure we will see some of you there.
