hi everyone, going to icmeler on 5th may 
cannot wait nearly packed......thing is, and i know i'm being a bit thick, but, when our clocks went forward a few weeks ago, well, does that mean that when we are in icmeler it will be +1 hour instead of +2?? got me confused..can anybody help

Hi Cathnmike, no the time will still be 2 hours ahead when you go to Icmeler as the whole world changes their clocks the same as us too!!!

We too are packed and ready to go got our tickets yesterday, flying out 29th april with Onur air and you will be just starting your hols as we get ready to fly home on the 6th may,
Going to try to remember to do waving at web cam, (promised mum that our family would do this at a set time) I think need to stand in the middle of the road have to watch out for the cars though. So on the subject of time does anyone know if the web cam is on turkey time or uk time i know its off line after 6pm (uk or turkish?) Sorry to sound like I am having blonde moment, just my Mum is so excited she will be able to see us on hols so want to get timings right, can anyone help please?

When you get out there for your holiday at the Usun apartments the camera should be on 24hrs power cuts not included.

thanks John just have to make sure we doge the camera in the early hours of the morning when were a little worse for wear. I shall be arriving in Icmeler on the 1st May....cant wait days away now

Hi Turkish Delight,
I hope you are not hoping to do an Icmeleronline web cam wave or star jumps without a proper management team.
A lot of planning needs to go into that sort of venture to get maximum coverage on here and the HT site.
Collete and Debi last year after their wave went on to do more web cam work and are now known throughout Great Britain.
You dont just turn up and wave,you need to have a traffic control and also Amir does a guest spot on his scooter and the front man at Harrys also puts in a guest appearance.
My rates are not high and if approached will split any money with John as a quietner.
