We got ours the week before we went - I did ring a few times panicking but the woman was nice and told us not to panick we'd get them in time and we did.

If you've not got them with a week to go I'd get on the phone to them.

Leave an answer message - we did and they got straight back to us within 15mins.

The couple of girls we spoke to were really nice and helpful.

My daughter fly's on the 30 June and still hasn't received her tickets yet.She phoned yesterday and eventually got to speak to someone late yesterday. They told her that the hold up was because of an admin fault due to all the fuel surcharges but that hers had been posted to her that afternoon at 14.20 hrs.So hopefully she will recieve them by the end of the week.So try and not panic yet.

We are going on the 26th June and only recieved the tickets yesterday. You will probably get yours the week before you are due to go.

Hi there just to let you know we go from Glasgow on the 26th June and the tickets were emailed yesterday. Never had e-tickets before but we just take the eticket to the desk and are issued with a boarding pass certainly the way of things to come I think

Janet as well as the e- tickets you will need to show your passport,
then again everyone needs to show their passports.

I am going from Gatwick, if they have it there can you just register on the way out to avoid waiting with the crowds on the way back?

Might Have to do that then Sue if they have it at Gatwick. I can't remember if they had it in September when i was there last. Saying that I don't know if they had it at Heathrow in January.

Just shows how much notice it take doesn't it.

just found this on the airport site

IRIS is already available in the following UK airport terminals:

London Heathrow Airport - All terminals
London Gatwick Airport - North and South Terminal
This five minute enrolment process is safe and efficient, so why not register and beat the queues?

To obtain more information on the IRIS programme, visit www.iris.gov.uk

Received our tickets this morning from Aegean, flying on the 29th.
Looking at other replies it seems that most people get their tickets 9/10 days before the flight.
Happy Hols everyone.

Denis.

When you say tickets do you mean actual tickets sorry to appear a bit dim.But all my daughter has recieved is a piece off paper with her fight details on it and a sentence saying this is a ticket less flight.
