Captain Silver Apartments

Postby pitbull » 09 Jun 2008 08:45

Looking at the Capt Silver apartments for Aug 2009. I have two daughters who are 14 and 12. We would like to be relaxed during the day'but close to the centre at night. Would these apartments fit the bill. Looked at other accomodations for the season with other tour operators but extortion springs to mind. What are the apartments like and would they suit two mid 40,s parents and a 14 & 12 year old.Loads of other questions but this is a start if anyone can help.

Regards once again Pitbull

Hi, I stayed in the Captain Silver Apts quite a while ago when I was 15!! 8 years ago now so dont know if they have changed (might have) but when I was there they were lovely apts, staff were amazing and the location was excellent. the balcony looked on to the hills and you were away from the main streets so it was very peaceful at night. Like I said it has been a long time since then, but if they are still the same would totally recommend the apartments.

if you look in the photo section of this fprum you will find a number of photos that i have put on.we love the captain silver and you will find a number of posts i have made to this effect.
only down side with 4 of you ,which will happen at most places is the air con is only in the bedroom so in august could be hot in the lounge/bedroom,but that would be the same at most places you would stay.we had that until our daughter was having her own room with freinds etc, just something you have to live with as a family growing up.but the location and everything else is superb.
