Laundrette

Postby Kenny » 09 Jun 2008 04:43

Hi everyone, i'm a first time user on this site and a first time visitor to Icmeler in 3 weeks time, its a bit of a silly question but as i have a wife and two daughters going with me and fitting all the clothes in is always an issue is there a laundrette in the area so we can take less with us ? I'll be staying in Palm Garden Apartments. Thanx.

Going to contradict Admin here but I used the Moonlight laundry last year and got well ripped off, one bag and 3 shirts was 65 ytl

There is a great little one just near the police station, a bag washed and ironed for £10

Hi, we stayed near Tansas and there is a laundry behind Tansas close to Kahveci Coffee Shop called Smart and Clean. We has two plastic bags full to the brim washed and ironed for 20 lira. When we four pairs of jeans, 2 pj's, 2 shorts, 10 t-shirts, 2 beach towels, lots and lots of underwear it was 30 lira. We even had the towels the next morning and the rest later. The ironing expesically of jeans was perfect. The girl who worked there said hello to us whenever we saw her, and once got of her bike to greet us. I think they must enjoy the bit of extra trade. Throughly recommend Smart and Clean.

Just found this thread, and is well worth taking note of, especially for anyone trying to save luggage weight by taking less clothes with them.

The prices seem reasonable too... thanks for the info here :)
