Transfer

ICR is spot on with 2 kids under 6 last year it was easy. Someone is waiting for you, it takes 5 mins then you are on your way. Cold water and good customer service. Reccommended.

we hope to use ICR for our transfer this year, Last time we went with TH****ON and they are terrible, it took 4 and a half hours to get to our hotel after dropping everyone off.

I was more than piffed off

i would not touch T***...oh sod it THOMPSONS ever again, they charged us £36 to use our credit card to pay our holiday balance which i was annoyed with, i asked the girl can she justify and explain the charge and she just put her nose in the air and started talking down to me about how its policy and they are competetive......

....so i politely told them if it was a month earlier they could have put their holiday where the sun dont shine.

ICR transfer is so much quicker than the coach transfer. We used it for first time last year and couldn't believe the difference I think we arrived at apartments before the coach had probably left the airport by time everyone arrived got luggage and then onto the bus.

Would definately recommend you will either be on the minibus which has free drinks (mainly water) and dvd player. Or have a taxi depending on how many people arrive at the same time as yourself either way it's much quicker.

Happy holidays :)

Hi

We would not use anyone else for transfers now we have used ICR the cost is £90 return for upto 4 people if ther are more of you call Sharon or John on 0151 289 3939 and they will give you a quote

If you want to start your holiday in a relaxed and stress free way then use ICR for your transfer

Since when have Thompsons been competetive, I would of had to of told her to stick her Holiday where the sun don't shine.

do you not get more protection if your pay by credit card tho?

on one of the money programs the bloke said its one of the best things you can do, and just think of the surcharge you have to pay as addional insurance.....

its still not nice tho.....

I think ypu prob do, but the tour operators still pocketing some of it, and it's that what I don't agree with. I know thery have to make a profit, but it annoys me when they try sting you every way they can.

That reminds me, I must sort out my next booking for transfer. Used ICR in may, our flight was delayed by one hour, but Donna was there waiting for us. we waited half an hour for a couple of people off the next flight in, but it made sense to add them to our minibus, and we were pleased that the delay hadn't affected our pick up.
The journey there and back was fine, and took a lot less time than usual, knocked a good 40 mins off coach trips. No stop offs. And free water for the journey, really nice touch and very welcoming.
I'll be using them again without a doubt. :D Just a pity I've booked with a company that includes the transfer for one of my trips and will take a lot longer :( ., but will definately use ICR for the other trip in September.

Transfers

Postby Trish » 18 Jun 2008 14:35

Hi, as you come out of the airport all the tour operators are waiting with signs and lists of your names and destinations on clipboards, they tell you which coach to go to and then it usually takes 2hrs to Icmeler, can be longer depending on how long it takes to get everybody on the coach. It's not unpleasant by any means but having used ICR in May it was so much quicker I will have to be patient in July on reaching my destination, but September I'll have the luxury of the ICR transfer. Well worth £90 return.

We transferred with ICR in May this year. Our vehicle was none of those pictured. It was basically a car with doors on the back rather than a boot. Only us in the vehicle, very comfortable and very quick. We were checked in, kids in bed asleep and out on the balcony with drinks before the coach with the others off our flight arrived. Would have no hesitation in recommending ICR and we will certainly use them again next time ! The only difference next time is that i'll make sure I book them for the return leg too. Coach transfer was a nightmare ! One more person than seats available on the coach !

No probs with ICR tansfer - got to our apartments after 1hr40mins - one other drop off before (cockneyjambo & co). Same on our return.

The thought of going on a coach with loads of others and having to drop off all over Marmaris and Icmeler before getting to our accomodation is thankfully a thing of the past.

Can't recommend ICR transfers enough - nor their other services 10/10 !!

Totally agree and wouldn't book with anyone else... First class service....we were out of the airport, in the car...home and in the hotel room in 1 and a half hours......Unbelievably efficient. :)
