XL Air baggage allowance

Hi everyone
We recieved our flight tickets this morning for the 23rd and the baggage allowance is 15kg so we phoned them to pay the £15 to upgrade to 20kg but the young lady told me we would all be upgraded to the 20kg for free as we booked our flights in September last year,the 15kg on our tickets had been an oversight on there part,So if any one has booked with them and it was last year phone them about upgrading to the 20kg,and you may be pleasantly surprised I don't know when the cut off is so it may not include your dates but you can only try.

I booked in Feb and was told that a meal and 20k was included I found out from a web site that they had put it down to 15 k. I had to pay extra for the 20k. Now they have stopped serving meals on their flights unless you have a four digit flight number as ours is three XLA ***. It is on their web site.
