We are ging to Icmeler in a couple of weeks and have booked to stay in the Elif hotel but I have read some awful reviews, so was planning of changing accomodation today, I am thinking of the moonlight apartments, private or club daystar. Can anyone help?
hi g l stayed at the elif both my son and kids myself and wife basic rooms but clean and towels etc. changed often. pool is good.sun allday handy for the beach ,shops are fairly near, okimo bar ,dolmus (bus) terminus 5 mins along front. quiet at night. don,t change save money and enjoy. i,ll be there on sat.morning 10 of us from bladon on tyne cheers bill atkinson (staying fairly near but use jimmys okimo bar alot)
I allways say when reading reviews, as long as their is a mixture of reviews some good some bad, I tend to think they must be OK. It's never failed me yet.

Most people dont put good reviews its called apathy.
But if your not happy with something you soon put a bad one on.
So i dont take much notice of reviews they are dis proportionate.
we had one of our best holidays in Zante after it was in the Sun the week before as holiday from hell so dont worry hotels are somewhere to lay your head i think the resorts more important.
hi gemma we have stayed at the elif for the last 5 years it changed hands last year and i have never seen a hotel go from a good hotel to a bad one so quick it was so bad i have booked to go elsewhere it was not just the bar but the hotel was bad aswell breakfast was crap no toilet roll in room did not change linen as much as used to but i always say everyone must make there own mind up maybe they have there act together this year but i wont be going
it appears a lot of people have the same opinion as you, I have spoke to the travel agent and they are going to look into a swap for me but i may have to pay some charges for leaving it so late My tickets have just arrived as well, i am so disappointed, gutted as well
gemma i dont think it will be that much is it through a holiday company our did your travel agent do it separately pm me with reply may have some help for you
