Dont forget its ZaZa with the weather report.
The prankster of Icmeler.
It will be a farmer up in the Old Village burning a few piles of brushwood.

Wellcome to the forum ola.

Thank you Gene.

i am so looking forward to going back to Icmeler in September. last time i was there was 2005.

But the kids picked Egypt in 2006 and 2007. mind you they didn't come with us to Icmeler so they don't know what they are missing might take them there next year.

I heard about the fires yesterday, they were up in the mountains, i was told it was caused by lightening but because of the rain they died down pretty quick.

Hey Zaza, I've heard all about you! and as Gene says I think you are winding us up about the weather

Please tell me it's nice there, because I get there in 7 days, and it's actually very hot here in Chester!

Imagine Icmeler being colder than England  No way, surely!

We are coming to find Havanna bar next week, and surely it will be hot then!

Hi Trish,
Even if Icmeler is cold you will get a wonderfull warm wellcome at Za Zas Havana Bar,but I must warn you he has a warped sense of humour.
Aproach with caution and have an open mind, you will have a wonderfull time.

 Gene, music to my ears  He sounds like a great laugh. I love it! I'm liverpool born and bred so I love a bit of humour, as all us english do! Funny because the thing that struck me most when I first went to Turkey was their sense of humour, it's definately that , which we all seem to connect with. Language never gets in the way of a great sense of humour and thats what I love about the place :D and our forum.

Just travelled back from Nottingham to South Wales today after a nice weekend. Only problem now is 1 very red arm with a white patch where my watch was. Lovely day.

Give me Icmeler any day though.

a beautiful sunny start this morning, so I'd planned to get all the jobs out of the way before catching the sun
was just about to go out , then the thunder, lightening and rain started - and went on and on and on
headed off to the pub to watch the ManU/Wigan match and the storm knocked the tv off  .............

can't wait to get back to Icmeler

todays weather

Postby jivebunnie0 » 11 May 2008 20:51

Za Za was right about the weather.... we were sitting on the beach and the black clouds began to build up so we decided to go for an early lunch... Sitting in the Liberty Bar, it grew darker and the clouds began to engulf the mountains in Marmaris: then the thunder and lightening started, and you could see the rain coming across the sea from Marmaris. It went very cold, and we sat watching the storm, with towels round us to keep us warm. One woman even accepted a tablecloth, from one of the waiters.

There was another storm later, in the early evening, while we were eating our dinner, just before coming home.

It was hot during the day, but very cool at night time.
