We are also there from 30th July - 13th August. Can't wait, it seems such a long time off, but good things in life are worth waiting for I suppose

Maryb

We stayed at the Private maybe 3 years ago - I've heard it has been spruced up a bit since then? It was before Pulse changed to the Irish Bar We've been to the Prince for the last few years and heading to Alvaro in July and Private in August this year. My daughter is 14 as well, shame your grand daughter wasn't with you in August! What room do you think is the best in the Private?

We need somebody that knows Icmeler inside out .The best bars for a BIG party. Whose organising skills are second to none. But especially somebody we can all trust to do a good job of arranging it .Is that enough flattery (crawling) GENE

ICR already do boat trips for members only, if there are enough members in the resort who are interested.
Same applies to the party evenings, everyone puts thier names on the lists in England, we all agree on a venue then on the night the attendance is poor due to people just wanting to do thier own thing when on holiday.

The best people to organise a members night and boat trips are the people most experienced in tackling these things and thats ICR.

Looking foreword to meeting everyone though if a boat trip or night out can be organised.

aww Mickd looks like you spoke too soon?
not to worry, we can have a wake for you guys when we're in Icmeler!

An August meet is looking like it'd defy even Gene's powers given the hoards of us who are heading off there, so......... with that in mind, my first port of call will be ICR to see what events are likely to take place

Like Gene said, it's one thing to put names down before we go and then we all get carried away doing our own thing.

Hopefully, we'll meet up with a few others on at least one ICR boat trip or three while we are there - or better still for a night out

HI and welcome Cheriton

looks like there'll be 29 now - Gary and Julie have just joined the forum too!

ICR offices will be my first port of call to see what boat trips they've got pencilled in/what interest's been shown - it'd be great to have a meet up / get together

Thanks for the welcome Fanny. Unless we here any thing from the forum nearer the time I guess ICR would be the best bet for info. When are you there?

1/8 to 17/08 and have been on a count down since we got back home last Aug ha ha

think ICR would be the best place to visit when we get there to see who else is in town and any arrangements for meets - you know how it is once we're there and catching up with old friends etc and sometimes the best laid plans on here would fall by the wayside

failing that, I'll be PMing folk nearer the time to find out their watering holes and arranging to meet

You're very welcome Cheriton - what'd you like to know? you should have a lot of answers to questions if you browse the forum........even as far as what the toilet wheel's for ha ha - check it out :?
failing that, why not start your own thread with a list of your most burning questions and am sure you'll be swamped in no time
