Hot water

Postby Sue » 08 Apr 2008 08:04

We have always thought that where we stay we never have hot water in the mornings due to the solar panels, but after reading wombles review we presume that is the case anywhere. We are going to have a look around all the icr apartments in may in view to going next year and just wondered if there is constant hot water in any of the complexes. I am not bothered but my hubby does like hot water in the mornings. On our list to view is Kurt, Alvara and Utsun. Anyone have any recommendations :)

Iguana apartments have their own immersion heaters in every apartment and you control the heat.

The hotels SHOULD have the gas boilers turned on in the morning to heat the water for early risers then the solar panels take over.

Apartments as far as I know use solar panels

Sue, we have stayed in Iguana Apts twice and with four of us all showering in the morning and evening we never ran out of constant hot water. As Womble says they are great apartments and I would recommend them to anyone.

I wil definatley go and have a look there, we were thinking more of being in the old village as that is one place we dont really walk around often and it would be nice to have a feel of the old village life
