Will be going back 18th September for two weeks staying at the Bal Apartments again, can't wait. I have the view from the balcony of the Bal as wallpaper on my computer and it really is doing my head in as I really want to be there, roll on retirement as hubby and I hope to make the move out there.

Turkish delight, have stayed at the effes once before and it was wonderful, but have never managed to get in again. As a matter of interest what do you call a good deal as the time you are going is about the time of our second visit next year.

Hi Andy
Booked on line with Thomas Cook, Was £1,280 we are paying £820 that includes Insurance. Like you said very hard to get into the Efes.I tried last year and could'nt get in,so very happy think the price is ok too.

Just booked this morning - Mitos Apartments for two weeks going out on 22 September. Got what we consider is a really good deal bearing in mind that there are only two of us in a 4-people apartment.

Colette: Think we were there the same time as you this year and looks like we could be there at the same time next year so might bump into you at the Venice! Unfortunately, we couldn't book the Kanarya but the Mitos are right next door so very handy.

Over the past few weeks I have been watching people on this forum talking about booking with lots of holiday companies and have been puzzled to why they haven´t asked me for a quote to Turkey.

Is there a reason for this.

I am all ears.

Sorry John nothing personal but we can only book the apartments we like through Thomson, believe me if we could book them through you we would.

Well that one is easy Jean.

If it is the Bal in the village then no problem booking through us.

If anyone really wants to stay in somewhere not listed on our site then ask away and we will see if we can arrange your holiday.

Thanks for the reply John, but we have already booked for next year as the Bal is so popular, and yes it is the one near the village. We have always been under the impression that Eddie could only let through Thomson, but when we are there next year I will come in have a chat with you ,as it is usually a forgone conclusion that we will back in Icmeler for 2007. It would be lovely not to have to line Thomsons pockets!

John
Only reason we've not booked through you is that we DIY direct with apartment owners.
We've not booked our flights yet, so will be in touch for prices.
We'll DEFINITELY be booking our transfer through you though - the brilliant service and price is unbeatable
